Job Scope & Major Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and continuously improve the quality system and quality improvement programs, including traceability
2. Develop corrective and preventive plans for quality improvement
3. Ensuring the compliance of quality, specifications and procedures
4. Work closely on business process improvement, to drive key process changes impacting customers
5. Conduct problem analysis and provide problem solving suggestions
6. Lead and monitor a team of Quality Inspectors
7. Ensure vendor performance
8. Set up systematic programs for inspection to optimize and improve product quality standard
9. Provide training to vendors
10. Manage factory assessment through factory audit and follow up audit findings for corrective action
11. Maintain update of audit status


Requirements:
1. Experience in quality control of minimum 5 years in plastic/metal manufactuirng fields
2. Degree in preferably in Engineering
3. Proficient in the use and application of quality tools, data collection, analysis and reporting
4. Experience in six signma and lean manufacturing projects and background is preferred.
5. Good English communication skills, both oral and written
