Job Requirement

1. University degree, more than 5 years relevant experience, 2+ years at Management Level will be preferred;
2. Be familiar the manufacturing process for PCBA, experience for Power Supply Production will be preferred;
3. Familiar with core quality tools, such as ISO9001, TS16949,APQP, PPAP, etc. , strong problem solving skills;
4. Be skillful for verbal and writing English
5 . Knowledge of Quality function deployment including QE,IQC, IPQC,OQC;
6. Good interpersonal skills, good team player;

Job Responsibilities:
1. Support department manager to develop, establish and maintain quality system, drive quality improvement culture to ensure excellent quality performance and customer satisfaction;
2. Develops, implement, and monitor the company’s quality system, process and customer satisfaction rating systems;
3. Drive effective problem solving process (Root Cause analysis and Corrective actions) for internal defect and customer complaint ;
4. Develop team competency through coaching, training and mentoring;
5. Be responsible for development of departmental budgets and maintaining costs;
6. Completes any other assignments, duties and projects that may be assigned.
