Responsibility:

1. Be responsible for indirect procurement and vendor management, orders & contract preparation and confirmation, arrangements for shipping and tracking arrival date; Sourcing and vendor management.

2. To assist planner, buyer and warehouse to ensure logistic daily operation goes smoothly;

3. To coordinate among the various departments in the company;

4. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Candidate Qualification:

1. Junior college or above majoring in management or logistics-related field;

2. More than three years relevant work experience in indirect procurement from multi-national Chemical company;

3. Experience on internal trading and customs operation;

4. Other logistics experience (planning, purchasing, material control, customer service and warehouse) is plus;

5. Work hard, self- motivated, patience, good team work and willing to work under pressure;

6. Good negotiation and Communication skills

7. Good command of MS office, experience on SAP or ERP;

8. Good written and oral communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
