Job Title: Warranty Supervisor
Qualification Required : 　
-College Graduation or above. 　
-Work well under pressure. 　
　
Experience Expected : 　
-Experience in the automotive After Sales / Warranty Business for above 2 years.
-Excellent customer service mentality with ability to quickly build strong relationships. 　
-Excellent communication skills in Chinese, English is a plus. 　
-Proficient skills on MS office, Lotus Notes and so on. 　
　
Job Duties : 　
-Take charge of Warranty team responsibilities. Coach subordinates to achieve warranty business plan.
-Develop, oversees and continually improve the warranty administration processes of the business.
-Be responsible for managing replaced parts according to Porsche China's policy.
-Handle and solve the entire warranty claim. 　
-Establish service document file and is responsible for the filing and management. 　
-In accordance with the standards and guidelines and timely submit the warranty claim warranty maintainace order.

经验要求:
-有两年或以上汽车售后或索赔工作经验.
-良好的服务精神.
-具备良好的中英文沟通能力优先考虑.
-熟练掌握电脑技能，如Microsoft office, Lotus Notes等.

主要职责：
-负责和管理索赔团队的工作,训练团队成员达到索赔的商业方案.
-发展,监督以及不断优秀索赔行政流程.
-根据保时捷中国的政策负责零部件的替代更换.
-处理与解决整个索赔流程.
-根据保修责任方的要求建立服务文件卷宗并负责有关的归档和管理.
-按照标准和指导方针及时提交保修索赔和保修维修单.
