Job Duties :
? Provide comprehensive and detailed financial information and regular reporting to PC management and Porsche China
? Ensure that reliable,premium and comprehensive After Sales service is offered to all Porsche customers
? Develop and miantain accurate and consistent customer database through an appropriate customer / prospect follow-up process
? Monitor and analyse current services,parts sales and KPI data to develop new approaches to increase After Sales performance


Qualification Required :
? At least 3-5 years of working experience as an After Sales Manager or in a similar position
? University degree in relevant field of study required
? Be a representative ("ambassador") of the Porsche brand in all customer contacts and other aspects
? Experience in the premium automotive After Sales Business is preferred, preferably in an international environment
