职责：
有效打击假冒侵权产品和越界销售行为，维护公司合法权益和市场秩序。to deal with affairs on anti-counterfeit and cross-territory sales ,safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the Company .

岗位要求：
1、学历要求：法律类或营销类本科以上学历，具备律师资格证或法律职业资格证优先考虑。
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in law or marketing,priority to the holder of legal practitioner or lawyer's qualification certificate.
2、工作经验：3年以上公司工作经验，同时有一定的营销工作经验。
Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in legal work, and some working experience in marketing
3、技术要求：熟悉公司法、合同法、广告法等经济法律法规。
Technical Qualification: Be familiar with Corporation Law,Contract Law,Advertising Law.
