Location: Teem Mall Office Building, Guangzhou

Responsibility:

Survey and Benchmarking

Prepare data for annual / ad-hoc survey to benchmark with market, in terms of compensation, benefit and etc.

Salary Planning

Prepare and propose the salary structure and merit increase guideline for approval and communication, facilitate the merit increase process and analyze the result.

Bonus Calculation

Follow up the annual bonus calculation process to ensure the payout accuracy through the system.

Expat Admin

Base on the Expat policy to provide support to the expats’ pay and benefit delivery.

Commercial Insurance

With the support by broker, review the claim status and renew contract timely, facilitate the enrollment and communication to employees.

Salary & Benefit Budgeting

Support the salary & benefit budgeting and periodically tracking.

Requirement:

- Key factors in the role: Logical thinking, Analytical skill, Independent

- Experience: At least 4-year HR experience, C&B background is preferable

- Education: Bachelor degree

- Knowledge: Understand the job evaluation and pay philosophy

- System Skill: SAP experience is preferable

- Fluent English in speaking and writing
