MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Focused continuous improvement data analysis & project management to deliver plant goals

2. Funding the Growth (Company’s Savings Program) coordination and management

3. Operational budget & planning support

4. Collaborate with and support Operational Departments to align and drive key Factory Performance & Reliability (FP&R) initiatives

5. Lead plant-wide FP&R initiatives

6. Monthly, Quarterly & Annual reporting of plant key performance metrics

7. Coaching & Developing IE team and Operational Analysts in Focus Factories

Accountabilities:

? Typically leads / co-leads / supports specific Indirect category initiatives in a variety of spend areas including but not limited to: Supply Chain, Logistics, General services etc., working with teams where members may be from various countries and with differing native tongues；

? Possess and / or Develop category expertise by conducting supply industries insight analysis and benchmarking；

? Develop and lead or co-lead strategic sourcing activities to include strategy development, supplier segmentation, negotiations, contracting and ongoing category management strategies；

? Deliver cost savings targets for each category and report ongoing savings results to Sr. management and Dept. heads;

? Establish, monitor, report and improve upon Indirect objectives for all category initiatives – provide consistent reporting to Indirect manager in a mutually agreed upon format;

? Effectively manage supplier with scorecard and internal relationships with stakeholder engagement, including formal business reviews and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives;

? Track and ensure compliance to leveraged programs or relationships；

? Ensure continuity and quality of supply.
