职位描述
Customer Service Order Support Manager
? Receive and check customer orders versus customer trade conditions as well as versus stock and sell-out data (if known) or previous orders;
? Act as an interface with logistics teams for order to delivery cycle (from sending of orders to customer reception);
? Analyze, communicate and animates CSL performance in line with planning and logistics;
? Allocate product inventory in line with business priorities;
? Build the order for the customer when a VMI solution is in place (at platform or store level);
? Inform customer on his order status;
? Build and coordinate contingency plans in case of order process issue;
? Coordinate and centralize relevant information for Sales force in the context of direct order taking by DANONE;
? Manage and develop his/her team;
Functional competencies
? Good interpersonal and communication skill;
? Strong analytical ability, problem solving and execution skill;
? Creative thinking to optimize the customer satisfaction and enhance the customer service level;
? Speak and write English with computer proficiency in MS Office;
Jobholder Qualifications—entry level
? 5 years or above experience in customer service or supply chain function, 1-2 year at managerial level;
? FMCG background is must, food and beverage industry is better;
? University degree or above;
