§ Initiates and works with research specialist on research projects pertaining to tracking brand and advertising performances, understands brand usage and image status, analyzes brand user behavior change and line extension opportunities and defines the need for brand rejuvenation so as to help set agenda for brand development.

§ Develops annual brand marketing plan to meet market share, volume, profits and brand KPI objectives set for the brand(s) assigned.

§ Prepares budgets and implementing tactical programs for comprehensive integrated brand communication campaigns for the brand(s) assigned, and monitors actual results against plan and budget to ensure that set targets are achieved.

§ Analyzes competitor behavior via ACN retail audit and other acquirable data to ensure timely adjustment of the marketing strategies/initiatives and prompt reaction to competitive challenges when necessary.

§ Directs the advertising agency on brand communication strategies and creative development to maximize brand equity and by working with media supervisor overseeing media activities to ensure the most cost effective media execution.

§ Works with trade marketing executive for most effective trade merchandising materials and trade initiatives to maximize brand presence at trade level and increasing sales opportunities of the brand(s) assigned.

§ Works with other corporate departments when necessary on monthly planning, product packaging artwork, TVC/radio production and approval, trademark issues, dental program, legal issues, etc. and ensures timely execution of relative projects.

§ Seeks to improve profitability by being cost conscious but without detracting from perceived quality.

§ Be a team player to perform other assignments and projects as requested by marketing manager.

§ Prepares monthly/half year brand, initiative and budget status reports/inputs for review and analysis by marketing manager and senior management.
