1. 协助人才发展助理总监制定集团人才发展规划，构建集团人才发展体系；

2. 协助制定年度人才盘点计划，实施集团总部关键岗位盘点工作；

3. 拟定后备人才入库评估标准，筛选合适人选进入后备人才库，并维护后备人才的人才档案；

4. 拟定各个层级的人才培养计划，实施集团总部各项人才培养计划；

5. 指导并推动人才培养计划与员工招聘、培训、轮岗、晋升等人力资源管理活动的有效结合，确保培养计划得以实施；

6. 协助建立各阶段人才评估的标准和评估程序；

7. 实施后备人才甄选、人才培养、晋升提拔等各阶段的人才评估；

8. 跟进并监督集团及各板块后备人才发展计划的实施；

9. 协助建立集团人才发展通道，指导员工进行职业发展规划；

10. 拟定中长期人才激励方案，实现核心人才梯队的保留与激励；

11. 定期对人才需求、核心人才流失率、激励成本等数据进行分析诊断，持续优化人才激励机制；

12. 参与人力资源管理其它职能项目，如人力资源预算项目、企业文化建设项目、员工培训、高管甄选等；

13. 完成主管上级交付的其它工作任务。
