工作职责：

1. 协助运营总监梳理集团和下属各产业运营战略等，建立内部运营分析体系和运营分析框架；

2. 进行行业研究，针对地产业、服务业（餐饮酒店等）、直销业等行业，撰写研究分析报告；

3. 对标杆企业的经营管理进行全面、深入的研究分析，撰写研究分析报告；

4. 随时跟踪产业动态，定期组织产业调研，对产业潜力、趋势等进行评估、预测；

5. 对集团拟进入的行业进行研究分析，为集团投资提供决策参考支持；

6. 根据要求对重点产业或特别专题的资料收集、分析、调研工作。

7. 参与运营调研及其他项目工作。



职位要求：

1. 管理、经济专业本科或以上学历；

2. 八年以上高端地产业、高端酒店餐饮服务业工作经验，三年以上集团式企业运营管理、行业分析同等职位经验；

3. 熟练掌握调研、研究分析方法和路径，具备良好的财务会计基础和财务分析能力；

4. 具有市场敏锐度，深入了解行业市场发展状况及市场运作模式；

5. 熟悉有高端地产业、高端酒店餐饮服务业、直销行业内部运营管理及相关法律法规等；

6. 具有良好的职业操守，责任心强，敬业；

7. 具有优秀的资料搜索、分析研究能力，优秀的独立工作、思维能力；

8. 出色的口头表达沟通协调能力，英文读写流利。
