Objective of Job:
- Design of BIW / Closures sheet metal components
- Related product sourcing and launch support

Job designation:
- BIW / Closures components design (3D / 2D) and change management
- BIW / Closures concept / architecture design
- Techinical file creation – BOM, product specification, RFQ, DFMEA, etc.
- Related product sourcing / launch support and engineering buy-off

Qualification:
General Skills
- Engilish, be able to communicate in written and spoken English with Europe team
- MS Office

Functionality Skills and Technical skills
- Professional in Catia V5, UG is a plus
- Experienced in BIW / Closures panel design
- Familiar with BIW and Closures manufacturing process - stamping, welding, framing etc.
- Familiar with vehicle knowledge and development process

Mgt and Leadership Skills
- New products development skills
- Project management skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Be able to make normal day by day technical decisions independently
- Knowledge about the 'western' business style preferred

Experience and education
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in BIW or Closures design / development / launch execution
- M.S. in engineering (Can get concession for excellent practical experience)
