- For our Energy Sector in GUANGHOU,we are looking for a EHS Manager.

What are my responsibilities?
1. Fully responsible for all company EHS business and provide professional EHS and Security issues for the relevant guidelines support to all functions;
全面负责公司EHS事务，并能为相关部门提供专业的EHS和安全事务的指引支持;
2. Maintain good integrity of EHS and Security procedures to meet requirements of local regulations and the company’s standards;
维护并保持EHS及安全程序的完整性，并满足当地法规和公司的相关要求。
3. Lead and coordinate EHS and Security improvement plans to achieve excellent EHS performances;
领导和协调EHS和安全改进计划，实现卓越的EHS绩效。
4. Develop and lead safety promotion programs to raise safety awareness;
推进并开展安全促进项目以提高安全意识;
5. Develop and lead EHS audit plans, self-assessment.
组织执行相应的EHS审核计划以及自我评估;
6. Work independently and lead the team to implement the EHS requirements
能够独立或带领团队去执行公司的各项EHS要求。
7. Responsible for the property insurance and cargo insurance.
负责公司相关财产及运输保险。

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Bachelor or above degree with Safety Engineering or Mechanical / Electron Engineering background;
本科以上学历，安全工程或机械电子工程背景；
2. At least 8 years work experience in which minimum 6 years experience on EHS, 2 years above as manager role. A certified safety engineer or have production management experience is preferred;
至少8年工作经验，不少于6年的EHS管理经验，2年EHS经理工作经验，注册安全工程师或有生产管理经验者优先；
3. Fluent oral and written English, English level 4 or above, familiar with computer;
流利的英文口语及书写能力，英语4级以上，熟悉电脑操作；
4. Familiar with the EHS management system, be able to implement the EMS audit and management review independently, register EHS system auditor is preferred.
熟悉EHS 管理体系, 能够独立进行EHS管理体系审核及管理评审，EHS体系注册审核员优先。
5. Strong leadership and communication skills, team work spirit;
较强的领导能力、沟通能力，团队合作精神；

What else do I need to know?
6. Familiar with insurance related business is preferred.
熟悉保险相关业务经验者优先。
