岗位职责：

1、 规划管理、完善海运出口操作的流程、单证及服务窗口体系；

2、 负责对下属员工工作分工及调配，确保操作流畅；

3、 管理出口的供应商，提高操作效率，控制操作成本；

4、 结合客户实际需求，为出口货物设计效率更高、成本更低的物流整合方案；

5、 处理操作中的突发事件；

6、 负责本部门员工的年底工作考评

7、 上级交办的其他工作。

岗位要求:

1、 五年以上的工作经验

2、 两年以上的管理经验

3、 工作认真、高效，责任心强

4、 熟练的英文听说读写能力。
