Duties and Areas of Responsibilities
l Competency model landing in Dumex context
n Interpret competency requirement to be relevant and actionable
n Develop solutions to build competency in recruitment, appraisal andcapability development programs, such as competency based interview, competencyassessment in PDR, by competency training curriculum, coaching platform, etc.
n Implement via high engagementwith field team
l Capability development initiatives
n Gap and needs analysis at national and regional level, by differentgroup of people
n Define clear objective and develop annual/quarterly plan to supportbusiness priorities
n Develop and implement various types of program (eg. Series of trainingprograms, on-the-job coaching topics) to upgrade team capability at all levels
n Implement tailor-made program for specific region if applicable
n Evaluate for continuous improvement
l Certifiedtrainer development
n Define the needs and scope
n Develop selection, qualification, development and motivation mechanisms
n Implement the plan including (assist to) deliver Train-the-trainer
l Team Effectiveness
n Diagnose the opportunity for team effectiveness with HR, in terms ofwork process, reporting and internal communication.
n Lead or coordinate with HQ functions and field sales to implementimprovement plan for team effectiveness.
Requirement :
l Minimum 3 yearsexperience in sales training field in FMCGcompany or consulting company, field sales, KA or trade marketing experiencecan be a plus
l Good verbaland written communication skills in bothChinese and English.
l Deep understanding to all sales key functions
l Self-initiativeand good follow-through
l Strongpresentation skills
