职位：财务总监

职位描述:

- 协助制定战略计划流程， 参与有关公司业务发展战略的开发

- 协助计划和编制公司年度预算并执行

- 确保财务部门日常工作的有效运行

- 编制并审核月报，季报，年报等各项财务报告并向管理层汇报

- 建立有效的财务制度，流程，工具及控制系统

- 处理公司各项税务、审计工作

- 负责财务部门工作分配，人员培训及绩效管理

- 其他由总经理指派的工作

任职要求：

- 大学本科以上学历，主修会计或财经专业,有CPA资格优先

- 5年以上跨国企业财务管理工作经验

- 熟悉会计、审计、税务等相关法律法规

- 有使用财务软件系统的经验

- 熟练的英语口语和写作水平，大学英语六级或以上

- 优秀的沟通技能，能承受较强的工作压力，具有团队合作精神

- 良好的自我约束和自我管理能力,严谨细致

- 熟练的计算机文档，表格等处理应用能力
