职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for planning & implementation on media communication and event marketing in new business development (including Auto Gas, FLT, Cassette Gas, and new energy application in selected IC segments ) and strive for being good corporate citizenship and driving market/business growth.
2. Deliver the positive image of corporate and brands through internet and social media application, and build good relationship with media and local government.
3. Translate customer insights into new business development plans and prepare the relevant sales kits, service standards, look of success, initiatives focus for new customer creation.
4. Understand the priorities of practical solutions to the new business development and coordinate the tracking on the action plan aligned.
5. Develop new way for new business growth, including internet, telemarketing, social media, joint promotion and key stakeholders partnership building.
6. Ensure the design of POSM and VI/KV application aligned with guidebook and create synergy with integrated marketing program.
7. Prepare full year marketing calendar and manage the marketing expenditure for new business development.
8. Use sales data and market intelligence to make decisions or prepare recommendations on new business /customer development.
9. To standardize market activation processes, develop practical tools and train up the marketing team for new business development.
Professional Requirements:
1. More than 5 years experience in PR agency and be familiar with marketing planning & implementation for energy industry or real estate company, Petro China, Sinopec, China Southern Power Grid and etc.
2. Ability to plan and implement the media relation program including press conference, media interview, on-ground events independently.
Basic Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Journalism/Marketing, good command of PC skills.
2. Excellent in writing and presentation, familiar with relevant laws.
3. Good team work, good communication skills, flexibility, proactive and passionate.
