职位描述
工作职责:
1. 建立全国零售系统数据库，定期提供分析报表；
2. 负责零售拜访系统及经销商管理系统等项目的推动、执行及管理；
3. 根据各类销售数据指引前线进行合理的客户指标分配并跟进指标完成进度；
4. 管理销售数据中心，管理销售预测、指标设定及定期提供分析报表；
5. 管理销售系统的上线、报表、应用及培训等，确保系统能支持销售管理层、区域运作及客户需求。
任职要求:
1. 本科或以上学历；
2. 5年以上销售数据或销售系统管理经验，精通经销商管理系统；
3. 沟通能力强，工作认真细致；
4. 较强的销售数据分析能力及专业技巧，能提供有质量的分析报告；
5. 具团队管理经验；
6. 熟练的英文书写和表达能力，熟悉Excel、Word 等电脑软件的应用。
