职位描述
Title: Purchasing Manager
Location: Guangzhou/ Shantou
Report to: China Purchasing Director
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for meeting planning and prepare meeting agenda
- Update/ monthly report on employee leave/ vacation/ OT/ attendance.
- Responsible for ordering for stationery, office equipment and accessory.
- Assist in keeping all office equipment in good operational status, photocopier, lighting, network connection, etc.
- Assist in fixing all machines in sample room in good operational orders.
- Make requisition for office daily stationary, consumption articles etc.
- Procure accessories for warehouse area, i.e. shipping material, packing material, storage material, etc.
- Procure material and accessories for Cambodia production according to request.
- Keeping a good relationship with landlord and local authorities.
- Manage the dormitory, set out regulations and requirements.
- Manage the meal plan for all participated employees.
- Maintain orderly appearance in company area;
- Search for new employees in fulfilling the company’s operation needs.
- Handle HR related in new employee on-board and exit process;
- Maintain and update company contact list
- Drive the company car
- Other duties assigned by leader.
