职位描述
岗位职责：
1，根据企业发展战略、发展阶段和人员素质要求，制定企业人力资源规划并组织实施。
2，根据企业发展负责企业组织架构设计及调整，负责主持并亲自组织职位分析、职位说明书的制定。
3，人力资源管理制度的修订和完善，负责具体实施。
4，招聘信息的发布：根据人员层次的不同选择不同的招聘渠道进行信息发布。
5，招聘过程控制：简历筛选、约见、安排面试；人力资源部负责初步面试，后面进行部门对口岗位面试，合格者进行背景调查、谈判工资、报总裁批示。
6，入职过程控制：资料收集，办理上岗手续，进入试用期，试用期内新员工人员培训，同时负责新入职员工的跟踪工作，及时了解存在问题，给予适当的调整和解决；顺利转正后，定期安排新入职员工进行团队建设，及时沟通，为留住人才创造一个良好的气氛。
7，绩效考核、薪酬福利制度体系的制定、完善及执行，并监督落实情况。
8，负责落实劳动关系及工商事故的处理工作。
9，完成领导交办的其他临时性工作。
职位要求：
1，沟通、表达、亲和力强，人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学等专业毕业的优先。
2，有人事主管及以上工作经验五年以上。
3，工作抗压能力强。
4，熟练使用办公软件。
5，熟悉国家、地区及企业关于人事法律，合同管理，薪金制度，用人机制，保险福利待遇和培训方针。

经过几年的发展，top beauty迅速占领了晚妆包市场，成为行业的领导者，2009年发展迅猛，2012年与国外设计师合作，获得了香港aplf皮革展***创作奖，2013年top beauty拓展来自菲律宾、印度等国外生产工厂，设计本司各类独特款式产品。
