Assistant to Marketing Manager

Job Descriptions:

A. Personal Assistant
*producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
*Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring manager is well-prepared for meetings
*taking dictation and minutes
*Manage calendars and schedule appointments
*Prepare and schedule meetings with various internal & external clients

B.Exhibition Coordinator
* act as the key point of contact regarding space negotiation and allocation and numerous other logistical requirements for exhibitons.
*Responsible for supplier management, onsite control of the event and supporting the sales and marketing teams as required.


Requiremnts:
* At least college education
* Minimum 2 years relevant experience in exporting/trading company; experience in Jewelry filed is advantageous
* Experience of exhibition or events project development and management field
* Very good English command, in both speaking and writing
* Good computer literacy such as MS Office, Photoshop and other necessary computer skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
* Hard work & teamwork oriented
* Independant, positive & result-intended
* Excellent organizational skills & self motivated
