1、 男女不限，年龄在30岁以上，财务会计专业本科毕业，有三年以上财务工作经验（一般纳税人的全盘帐务工作经验）。

2、 有责任心，独立思考能力和处事能力强，有较强沟通能力和执行能力。

3、 能独立处理全盘帐务，熟悉会计操作、会计核算流程与管理；熟悉国家财经法律法规和税收政策及相关账务处理方法；熟悉各种财务报表及其基本的分析；熟悉国家福利、税务方面的法规、规定；熟悉电脑操作及报税流程。

4、 能熟练操作和应用出口退税申报系统、一般纳税人电子申报系统、网上申报等软件。熟悉收汇核销，电子口岸等一系列的操作，有核销证者优先。
