职位描述
Job Description:
-Manage a team of project experts to provide support and implement projects for different customer groups and functions according to user requirements;
-Plan and deploy project resources within the team to optimize the effectiveness of resource utilization;
-Co-ordinate the business partner, the users and IT for project planning and monitoring the whole project cycle to ensure project deliverables are achieved;
-Lead the team to identify opportunities for improving the existing system and procedures during in course of project management;
-Coach and guide the team members during the projects cycle. Identify development opportunities and improvement areas for team members and keep track of the progress;
-Ensure operational risks are adequately identified, assessed, mitigated and controlled, including loss identification and reporting (reference should be made to the framework set out in Section 4 of the Group Operations FIM)
Skills/Experience Required:
-Degree holder at a recognized university or college;
-Project management skill including encompassing feasibility study capability, implementation and review monitoring skill, people/resources management skill, planning and organizing skill etc;
-Banking Operations knowledge with no less than 5 – 7 years hand-on experience on information processing services in financial industry and at least 5 years at a supervisory level;
-Effective interpersonal skill, being able to communicate effectively with parties concerned about the plan of the migration or remigration projects;
-Analytical and learning skills, the job holder must have an analytical mind to extract/conclude useful ideas from enormous information. He or She should also be a quick learner to adapt to various new systems/procedures;
-Presentation and coaching skill, the job holder should have necessary presentation skill to introduce/present the relevant parties of the procedure/plan. He or She should also be able to coach his or her subordinates for their development;
-6-Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent is a plus;
-Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques and tools;
-Proven ability in team leadership, people and resource management
