职位描述
工作职责：
1. 制定客服中心的培训管理制度，建立和完善客服中心的培训体系，组织培训课程和教材的开发。
2. 制定并统筹执行培训计划，以确保培训的进度与质量；评估和改善培训效果，定期提交培训总结与评估分析报告；针对业务发展的人力资源问题，执行有效的培训解决方案，促进客服中心改善整体服务质量和效率，达成考核指标。
3. 负责客服中心的培训师培养及团队管理，推动改善培训小组的工作质量和效率，以确保培训小组成员高效、高质地完成工作，促进培训质量的提升。
4. 监管培训费用的执行；执行培训组的内控工作；协助推行客服中心的企业文化建设。
职位要求：
1.本科以上学历,力资源管理相关专业优先考虑
2.五年或以上培训管理经验，其中两年或以上培训团队管理经验。具有呼叫中心、银行、销售培训管理经验者优先。
