工作职责

1、 项目执行、对项目的可执行性进行评估，分析等；

2、 完成RPO项目统筹实施等工作；

3、 负责项目内外部的沟通；

4、 负责项目管理动作控制执行成本；

5、 项目数据汇总，并制作项目总结报告；

6、 项目兼职人员的招募、管理、培训；

7、 提供产品、流程、服务的改善意见。



任职要求：

1、 大专以上学历，二年以上工作经验；

2、 对招聘市场及渠道有较深的了解和认知，有丰富的面试经验，有猎头或人力资源行业客户服务经验或者项目执行经验优先考虑；

3、 较强的沟通能力，团队协作精神，处事灵活，热情积极；

4、 良好的书面表达和总结能力，细心、责任心强；

5、 熟练操作PPT、EXCEL等办公软件。
