工作职责：
1.根据服务协议和流程向客户提供相应的服务并保持良好的沟通；
2.负责将客户的需求及时、准确地传达给我司各地服务人员，配合执行，反馈操作结果；
3.负责每月准确、及时地出具账单、按服务协议完成服务报告；
4.服务队伍内部及业务队伍保持良好的团队协作，在启动及终止客户的过程中充分沟通配合完成；
5.负责处理、协调紧急情况，与相关部门沟通协商一致后为客户提供解决方案；
6.负责做好客户的拜访工作，维护客户关系，体现服务价值，积极处理问题；
7.完成上级布置的其他工作。

任职要求：
1.三年以上人事管理经验，有人事外包相关经验者优先；
2.熟悉劳动人事法规；
3.工作细致主动，具备极强的服务意识及能力；
4.具备独立工作，沟通协调能力，亲和力，能承受与化解一定的工作压力；
5.有较高的数据统计和分析能力；熟悉企业人事的操作流程并且能够提出独特的见解。
