JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Customer Quality Service Engineer
Reports To: SGZ Customer Quality Service Manager
Based at: Strix Group Ltd; Guangzhou
Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
Customer quality complaint handling:
· Primary investigation of the cause of quality complaint.
· Coordinate with all related internal functional departments to handle customer complaint through company's system, follow up and ensure with relevant functions that their analysis is reasonable, corrective actions are in place and effective to prevent from re-occurrence.
· Provide suitable response on time to customers with analysis result and corrective action plan.
· Organize internal and external resource to ensure customer's production, quality and logistics flow on schedule through suitable temporary countermeasures.
Customer complaint response:
· Provide on time customer complaint response at the beginning of complaining, process of handling and the ending of case.
· Meet customer expectations and company's global requirement for logical analysis, effective action and suitable action.
Customer complaint reporting:
· Write a report of customer complaint with required format, accurate description, reasonable data, logical statement and effective actions for internal quality team and other relevant functions.
· Write a report of customer complaint with Sales requirement and agreement to response customers.
Customer communication:
· Act as customer contact window for quality complaints and organize the urgent visit, replacement, rework, rework instruction, on-site help or any other support required with internal functions, in order to ensure timely and effective settlement and problem solution are provided.
· Good communication with customers to provide efficient and proactive response to customer quality concerns and run quality containment actions successfully, to ensure a customer acceptance and satisfaction.
· Have a good personal relationship with customer department/individuals handling complaints through visit, quick response, satisfied analysis and other quality support to customer's improvement.
Quality concept:
Have good quality concept and consciousness, master basic quality tools to solve problem.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
? BA holder in engineering or technology areas or related background.
? Minimum 3year's QE with customer quality handling experience, strong standard tools knowledge (8D report etc.), manufacturing experience, and high product quality awareness.
? Work record in international company as prefer.
? Familiar with ISO9000 quality management system, know its application methods in company. Understand products technical process and quality management tools, methods e.g. 6sigma etc.
? Conscientious, responsible, meticulous, have strong analytical and solving capacity, good logical thinking and problem solving skill.
? Good speaking and listening English skill.
