职位描述
Senior PHP Developer/Programmer (Zend Framework)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage, maintain & build the new or existing e-retailing platform including website, mobile site, systems and etc.
Design and code new features/system according to the requirements raised
Responsible for the software testing and quality assurance
Support and maintain the relevant technology documentation
Coaching and guiding other programmers in the team
Other tasks assigned by IT manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
Have strong programming experience based on LAMP environment (3+ Years)
HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML (3+ Years)
Zend Framework experience is a must (Important!)
Experience on E-commerce system developing industry (3+ Years)
Experience with standard software development tools like Subversion
Strong Object-Oriented design/development skills
Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English
Have very strong attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines
Working in a small/medium sized team, ideally as a team leader
Have a positive attitude with a genuine desire to move forward in career
工作职责：
开发及维护公司现有的电子商务网站、手机网站及其他系统。
参与创建新的功能模块或新项目。
对开发的代码质量和功能负责，修复程序中存在的漏洞，不断优化程序算法。
参与制定和编写技术文档。
负责培训和带领较低等级的程序员。
完成 IT经理安排的其他任务。
任职资格：
三年以上 LAMP环境下的程序开发经验。
三年以上 HTML, JAVASCRIPT, CSS, XML开发经验。
必须具备 Zend Framework 开发经验，面试时请出示相关作品。（十分重要）
三年以上电子商务行业的从业经验。
熟练使用 SVN等版本控制软件。
优秀的面向对象编程能力。
良好的英文书写及沟通能力。
高度的责任心，确保任务能在已确定的工期前完成。
能够在一个小型的开发团队中工作，并扮演技术领导者的角色。
积极的工作态度，有良好的职业生涯规划。
