- 为客户提供定期的售后服务，了解客户需求并随时反馈给相关部门
- 筛选潜力客户，培养并促其成为长期/稳定客户
- 协助设计, 撰写, 制作产品推广资料及使用说明
- 收集竞争对手的情报, 充分了解竞争对手产品的功能及特点

任职要求：
- 本科学历，2年相关工作经验
-有售后支持及客服经验，英语表达出色者优先
- 熟练使用办公软件
- 学习能力强，能承受工作压力
- 自我管理能力强，有团队合作意识
