Preferred Education and Experience:
1. Bachelors of Science in Engineering or Related Field.
2. GD&T proficiency, good understanding of tolerance stack-up and measurements.
3. Good mathematical and analytical ability. Good understanding quality tools (DOE, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
4. Experienced in TS16949 requirements, Lead internal auditor.

Duties include, but not limited to, the following:
1. Process and product quality improvements
2. Review and analysis the production data (SPC/CPK/Scrap etc.) to find the opportunities to improve.
3. Facilitate the development of continuous improvement activities that result in the improvement of product quality, process control and/or a reduction in product or process costs.
4. Take charge or assist production team to resolve the product and process quality issue. Lead or participate in the problem solving activities to drive permananent corrective actions.
5. Regular review and update the Process FMEA to standardize the best proctice and find potencial risk. Follow up the actions and effectiveness for the top risk failure mode.
6. Work with production team and programme QE to resolve the safe launch issue to exit programme safe launch in time. Monitoring and report the safe launch performance.
7. Lead the statistical process control
8. Develop the SPC control process/procedure.
9. Implement, monitoring the SPC activities.
10. Analyze the SPC lessons learned and best practice feedback to program team.
11. Conduct DOE to optimize the process setups.
12. Nonconformity Management (work with QC group and Program QE)
13. Manage dispensation activities for major nonconforming or suspected nonconforming product. and lead team to take proper reaction.
14. Reporting the product hold process. Monitoring the production team take correct suspecting parts on hold and disposal activity.
