职位描述：

1. 与美国总部销售团队日常沟通。
2. 督促下级工作并相应管理。
3. 提供WIP工作状态跟踪和报告，日常故障排查和解决问题。
4. 根据美国销售团队的需求跟催生产和交货。
5. 跟踪订单状态。
6. 提供准确的生产状态信息。
7. 与供应商直接合作，保证信息的准确性与货物准时发货到指定地点。

职位要求：

1. 至少5年以上PCB制造业工作经验。
2. 有PCB工厂生产流程跟进的实操经验。
3. 有安排生产排期的经验。
4. 有工厂客服经验优先
5. 能够担任多重任务，能够同时处理几项工作任务。
6. 必须具备优秀的英文阅读，书写和口语能力。
7. 自我驱动能力强。
8. 工作灵活注重细节。
9. 能适应工作时间与美国同事交流，每周一到周五：下午3:00PM-晚上24:00。
10. 能适应经常出差。

Position Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily with the Inside Sales Team in the US Corporate Office
• Oversee the work progress of the Expeditor role and manage accordingly
• Provide the work in process (WIP) status follow up and report, trouble shooting and problem solving on a daily basis
• Expedite the production and shipment as specified by the Inside Sales Team
• Track orders
• Provide accurate production information
• Work with vendors directly to make sure accurate information and on-time delivery of goods to appropriate locations.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experiences within the PCB manufacturing industry
• Have hands on Experience in PCB Manufacturing process flow
• Experience with timing of production process
• Plant Customer Service experience a plus
• Able to multi-task and work on several jobs at one time
• Must be very proficient with Oral and written English
• Strong self-initiator
• Meticulous / Pays attention to detail
• Must be able to work hours 3:00 pm to 12:00 midnight Monday thru Friday
