职位描述：
· 确保整个分公司的日常运作，组建团队、带领团队、执行总公司战略，引领团队实现公司制定的销售目标；
· 维护现有客户资源，包括定期的客户访问，与客户建立长期的战略合作关系，做好大客户的管理及销售谈判工作，能及时有效的处理各种难点；
· 确认客户的供应链整体需要，为客户提供合理的运输解决方案和报价；
· 负责分公司与船公司、国内外货运代理及其他供应商的商务谈判。
技能要求：
· 良好的英文读写能力；
· 有工作激情，主动性强，抗压力强，执行力强，并能够在比较少的监督下独立工作；
· 具备项目管理能力，能够发现新的业务机会，并给予整体的物流解决方案；
· 良好的职业道德、职业操守和团队意识；
· 熟悉美国、中南美市场，并有相关客源优先。
