岗位职责：

1、准确把握客户意图, 及时提供符合客户要求的创意设计思路, 组织下属进行具体创意表现的执行;
2、负责广告设计中美术设计及美术效果的指导, 充分调动最大创意能力及最佳创意效率, 将创意从概念通过视觉表现发展成为具体的设计;
3、根据创意简报提出创新的,适用的互动创作概念。参与大型提案会议;
4、控制相关创意工作的出品质量,保证产品美术创作符合客户的诉求点。

任职要求：

1、有2年或以上网站设计经验(有4A公司工作经验者优先考虑) 。
2、对设计理念的深刻理解力,能在设计中将概念化的创意充分表现出来。
3、有版面设计、网页设计、排版及动画制作方面的知识。
4、对网站的优势及劣势有敏税的洞察力。
5、熟悉最新的网上及电子媒介趋势。
6、精通使用Photoshop, Illustrator, 熟悉Flash等软件。
