任职资格：

1、 本科以上学历；

2、 熟练使用一种以上项目管理工具；

3、 熟练应用Rose、PowerDesigner等撰写需求文档、功能设计文档，文字写作能力良好；

4、 四年以上java开发经验, 精通java框架，java开发语言、开发工具和开发方法，并有相关开发经验；对.net,c++有深入了解优先；

5、 熟悉Oracle/SQL Server等数据库开发；

6、 了解常用的开发流程和软件工程技术，对软件开发标准有比较深刻的认识；

7、 拥有良好的团队意识、沟通能力和协调能力；

8、 拥有两年以上的项目管理经验；

工作职责：

1、全面预测和评估软件开发各阶段的风险；

2、与系统分析师一起或独立进行前期调研，与客户接触沟通，挖掘客户需求，帮助客户进行需求描述；

3、总体设计方案把握确认，与客户进行确认；

4、带领并指导编程人员完成项目任务；

5、负责项目的人员安排，工作量分配；项目进度安排；指导开发人员技术开发，检查开发情况，进度情况；管理、协调开发小组，提高开发效率；

6、指导编写规范的技术方案、需求及设计文档及相关产品与技术白皮书等；

7、组织并监督技术评审、质量保证、软件测试等相关工作；

8、对人员绩效考核；
