任职要求：

1、计算机、通信或电子工程相关专业本科以上学历；

2、三年以上java开发实践经验，一年以上技术层面上系统分析经验；

3、具备项目需求分析、技术架构设计及建模、系统集成的成熟经验；

4、精通Java开发。深入了解C/C++技术优先考虑；

5、熟练使用SSI（Struts，Spring，iBatis）, Ajax，HTML，CSS，XML，JavaScript，JUnit；

6、熟悉常用型数据库，如ORACLE/SQL SERVER等；

7、良好的沟通能力及严谨的思维能力；

8、良好的团队激励和团队合作意识，强烈的责任心和解决问题的能力；

9、熟悉敏捷开发模式的人员尤佳；

工作职责：

1、配合系统架构师制定系统实现方案；

2、收集和分析客户需求，编写软件设计文档；

3、根据需求规格说明书进行系统分析和设计，完成产品功能架构和业务规则的设计，编写概要设计说明书；

4、实现技术框架及部分核心算法代码；

5、跟踪分析重大系统问题；

6、参与相关的讨论、评审工作，保证在产品发布前保证和控制质量；

7、配合项目的整体计划和安排，指导开发工程师正确理解需求，检查开发成果与需求的一致性；
