任职资格：

1、具备至少五年以上IT经验和三年以上软件架构设计经验；

2. 熟悉软件工程；

3. 精通两种以上主流开发语言及一种以上网页脚本语言；

4、精通主流应用架构和平台，熟悉工作流引擎、规则引擎等中间件等。如Structs、Spring、Hibernate、Webwork和Tapestry等，精通J2EE、XML、WebService、分布式、多线程等高性能架构相关开发技术，精通主要应用服务器（Weblogic/WebSphere/Tomcat等）的配置和使用，熟悉Linux操作系统，熟练掌握Oracle/DB2/SQLServer数据库，至少熟悉其中一种数据库优化与数据挖掘技术；

5、熟悉网络通讯，熟悉TCP/IP，HTTP，SOAP， REST等协议；

6、熟悉SOA相关技术，并具备实践经验；

7、熟悉主流数据库的设计、开发和管理，如：SQL Server、Oracle等等；

8、熟悉互联网云架构尤佳；

9、较强的技术文档写作能力；

10. 具备良好的沟通能力和优秀的自学能力；

工作职责：

1、 产品的需求分析、架构分析及系统分析；

2、 评估项目技术难点，技术分析、攻关技术瓶颈；

3、 公司技术平台的研发及架构设计；

4、 互联网应用架构设计；

5、 负责技术相关文档的编写及技术框架、核心代码的编写；

6、 理解系统的业务需求，制定系统的整体框架（包括：技术框架和业务框架）；
