1、 协调及解决项目中出现的技术问题；

2、 指导和搭建应用框架，带领和管理团队开发，按时按质带领团队完成项目开发；

3、 完善技术文档及设计文档；

4、 评估技术风险；

5、 具有业务分析，分析经验优先考虑。

岗位要求：

1、需具备一定的沟通管理能力、需求分析能力，以及较强的数据库设计能力、程序开发能力、信息安全能力。了解系统架构设计，熟悉JAVA开发。
2、拥有正规高等院校本科及以上学历
3、有3年以上实际项目开发经验。
4、工作地点在广州，但有时要出差。
