Overall Description:
The Commercialization Business Manager provides overall leadership to the cross-functional team and is responsible for the commercialization of a product or service. The CBM manages and drives the product commercialization project, creates the Product Development Plan, assigns tasks and provides direction to team members, confirms the agreement of the contract with the Gate Keepers, ensures the project schedule is on time and within specification, manages the project issues/risks and schedules /and leads regular gate and readiness reviews with the Gate Keepers.

Responsibilities:
· Lead the core team including: Product Line Manager, Technical Project Manager, marketing, R&D, Manufactory, Service, Regulatory and Safety etc
· Together with the core team, develop a workable plan to achieve the various commercialization goals which including financial performance, time performance and customer satisfaction
· Use excellent strategic skills to work with other product team leaders to make sure everything is in place to ensure the success of the product
· Drive for the product commercialization project to ensure the product launch in time, within budget and with quality
· Work as project manager to drive the project success needed for the succession of product
· Identify issues/risks that could jeopardize the project/product
· Work closely with other department managers to ensure all needs and concerns are addressed in a timely manner
· Create reports on a consistent basis to make sure the project stays on track for completion
· Organize meetings with executives to keep them up to date on all aspects of the project as it moves forward
· Organize and lead meetings and teleconferences to keep investors, board members and other essential staff abreast of all developments

Requirements:
· Education:
- University or above degree in engineering/computer science
· Requirements to the professional experience:
- Professional experience for the job Project management(required)
- Professional experience in general Understanding of the healthcare environment(desired)
- Understanding of product lifecycle and project lifecycle
- Understanding of product development procedure and SW development process
