Job Description:

1.Assist in the location of suitable suppliers to provide export quality vessel, pressings, piping, springs, machining and other metal products, to an international standard.
协助集团公司在中国本地寻找合适的、具有相当国际质量水平的供应商，为生产提供相关金属容器、冲压件、管道件、弹簧、机加工件等产品的稳定供应。

2.Perform supplier audits based on a sound understanding of ISO9000 and TUV standards.
基于ISO9000和TUV标准和要求，对所负责供应商进行定期审核。
3.Carry out a full Sampling Process and provide documentation for accountability of tooling and part qualification based on a sound understanding of all processes required. Keep filing.
深入了解新项目产品的特性和结构，选择适合的供应商进行报价。对模具开发和样品交付进行全程跟踪。并做好相关所有文档的归类保存。

4.Develop and maintain all relevant quality controls to ensure parts are produced to the company’s specification.
控制供应商产品质量，确保交付的产品满足公司采购要求。

5.Provide liaison between other international Spirax Sarco companies for the development of material export.
随时联络各个集团公司采购人员，跟踪出口产品的开发和生产，保证供给。

6.Meet with the company requirement for travel within China when necessary and some international travels.
本工作有业务相关的国内及国际的出差要求。

7.Ensure all parts are correctly protected against damage and corrosion during transit and storage.
确保产品包装的强度和安全，避免产品在长途运输仓储过程中受损或被腐蚀。

8.Make suggestions / recommendation as to how any activity can be improved.
针对现有流程、产品、工艺提出合理的意见和改进建议。

9.To make known to the CST Manager any difficulties you may have in performing your stated duties to ensure a complete review of the problem can take place and a solution agreed.
在完成指定任务和履行职责的同时，及时与中国采购部经理汇报工作开展的
进程和可能面临的问题。

10.To self assess training needs in line with the job description and to make the CST Manager aware of these possible requirements for assessment and provision of any necessary training.
根据工作岗位描述进行自我审核并作出相关提高培训需求，及时报告中国采购
部经理进行进一步的评估和申请。

11.To perform any additional duties or specific tasks that may become necessary due to operational requirements and as instructed by management.
根据部门运营需求，完成由领导层下达的其他业务相关任务。




JOB Requirements:

1. University and above, major in mechanical/material is preferred
大学本科或以上学历，优先考虑机械或者材料专业背景的


2. Must have 3 years or above sourcing/purchasing experience. PPI (pressure pipe installation) and PV (pressure vessel manufacturing) industry related experience is preferred.
必须具备3年以上材料采购经验，优先考虑那些在压力管道安装或压力容器制造行业具有工作经验的


3. Good English language is a plus, both in writing and speaking; Good PC intelligence
Office软件操作熟练。需具备英文沟通能力。英语听说熟练者优先考虑


4. Good knowledge on metal materials, like vessel, flange, piping, bars, fittings, etc.
了解金属材料件，包括：罐体，法兰，管接件，棒料，封头、紧固件等


5. Candidate with machining knowledge is preferred
具备加工方面知识的将被优先考虑


6. Knowledge on supplier sourcing and negotiation.
熟悉供应商选择及开发工作和流程，有商务及价格谈判能力


7. This job needs travel (30-50% of work time out of office, mainly Zhejiang/Jiangsu)
本岗位需要经常出差访问供应商，出外勤频率在30-50%，主要在江浙一带.
