General Work Purpose
Develop, monitor&manage the B2C sales channels for Sweet Pearl business to ensure sustainable growth in China.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
1. Develop, monitor& manage the B2C sales channels for SwP business to achieve a sustainable growth in China.
2. Commercialize SwP business via B2C sales channels in the market segments including but not confining to retails, hotels, café shops,bakery etc.
3. Cooperate with marketing team as well as dealers to enhance the SwP branding image for targetted markets.
4. Ensure good management of all dealers/distributors with confirmed Distribution Agreement, sales report on monthly basis from dealers/distributors, customer/market info,requirements vs development etc.
5. Develop clear understanding of the market situation, customer needs, market development trend, competitive landscape so as for business strategy made by management.
6. Monthly sales report and analyze customers sales data.
7. Provide 3 months sales rolling forecast to ensure smooth production planing/operation.
8. Other tasks as assigned by China Commercial Director
