Position: Marketing Planner

Background: because of the expansion of RIB Group’s global business, we now need new talents who could fulfill the following Jobs and are competent for the requirements to accelerate the international market development process：

Job Description:
1. Understand the target end market trend and requirements by collecting market & industry information, providing market survey & data analysis
2. Acquire market information from related industrial stakeholders via direct client liaison;
3. As a member of marketing team, work closely with product line, sales, develop and execute end market strategy to drive growth based on the product features and market needs; Summarize market trend and factors affecting product and services demand, provide information to help department determine the position of marketplace;
4. Marketing planning for various promotional materials including brochure, video, flyer etc
5. Plan and execute marketing promotion campaigns;
6. Gather data on competitors and analyze their method of marketing and distribution;
7. Communicate and assess qualification of potential customers align with company marketing plan and strategy;
8. Work closely with product line in BU and local sales team to develop and execute promotion program;
9. Plan and execute web marketing via various social media and web platform

Requirements:
1. At least 3 years related working experience in marketing promotion, advertising and marketing planning, candidates who have experience in Ads companies are preferred;
2. Bachelor degree in Marketing, international business or related majors;
3. Open-minded with both international view and the sense of local market differentiations.
4. Effective communicating in both written and oral English as appropriate for the needs of the audience;
5. Communicate as an active listener, give full attention to what customer saying, understand the points being made, and raise questions as appropriate;
6. Acute observation of market and strong sense of analytical thinking;
7. Good teamwork skill, flexible and able to adjust actions according to team planning.
