Job Responsibility

1. To support Head of Business Management in formulating, implementing and executing business/marketing strategies and initiatives

2. To support business development in the core product revenue development, effective and accurate pipeline/activity management

3. To act as the focal point for corporate banking products on product proposition, process streamline and marketing initiatives

4. To support management with other projects for the ongoing development of sales and marketing activities and operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements:

1. A degree (recognized by the state) holder with at least 5 years of working experience (frontline sales experience are preferred)

2. In-depth knowledge of local market and working exposure in corporate banking products with sound judgment to balance business /product growth

3. Highly motivated with strong ability to develop cohesive working relationships with stakeholders

4. Conceptual thinker with good analytical, statistical and problem solving skills.

5. Adaptable and be able to work independently, under pressure and manage multi-tasks

6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

7. Proficiency in English and Putonghua
