Main missions:
1. Journal entries and month end closing relating to general ledger transactions;
2. Be responsible for AR function, ensure the invoices are issued on a timely and accurate manner and the AR balance can be reconciled with customer; prepare AR aging report;
3. Lead the cash collection, ensure the cash is collected on a timely fashion, report any deviations arising from customer side to line manager;
4. Oversee all accounting functions such as AP, AR, FA;
5. Track CIP list and push CIP capitalize timely; Based on requirement to complete fixed assets addition/retirement/transfer on time; Maintain FA listing in PRC GAAP and take depreciation; FA monthly closing in SAP on time and prepare any reports for FA;
6. Complete all monthly tax reports timely, for instance: VAT reconciliation report; Income tax declaration report; annual tax assessment report; other kinds of tax calculation.
7. Continue to improve tax declaration process to meet government’s request, avoid any tax audit issue;
8. Make sure all the accounts are clear and accurate in GL;
9. Supervise the preparation of monthly financial reporting in compliance with PRC GAAP;
10. Supervise the preparation and timely tax filing, make sure full compliance with tax laws and regulations;
11. Participate in yearly budgeting and rolling forecast;
12. Assist finance controller on financial analysis and controlling tasks etc;

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
1. University degree in accounting
2. Familiar user of ERP system (MFGPro) and Microsoft Office applications Word and Excel,
3. Familiar with the international accounting and cash management
4. Excellent English
