任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，物流管理、国际贸易、国际商务等专业优先；
2、一年以上船务专职工作经验，英语四级及以上，读写基础良好；
3、熟悉进出口船务流程，熟悉船务和单证工作流程，能看懂L/C；
4、主动、细心、责任心强，具有良好的学习意识及沟通谈判技巧；
5、愿意接受有挑战性的工作，能承受一定的工作压力和工作强度。
岗位职责：
1、负责协调公司进出口货物报关、商检、保险等相关事宜并制备相关单据；
2、负责协调处理发货和物流运输过程中出现的各种突发事件并跟进处理；
3、负责协调拟发送货物及材料的催交，负责物资集港、装箱和发货事宜；
4、负责处理与供应商、第三方物流单位及项目组等相关部门的沟通与联系；
5、参与和协助经理研究、设计物流管理和作业流程，并提出改进和完善建议。
