Responsibilities:
· Participate in the new product program development and prepare the IMDS (International Material Data System) to customers;
· Set up and maintain the quality module in SAP system;
· Prepare the PPAP documents for new program, including the process capability analysis, measurement system analysis, control plan etc;
· Cooperate with other departments to solve quality problems and apply six sigma tool to run the continuous improvement projects;
· Work out testing method for new testing machine or new testing requirements.

Requirement:
· At least 3 years experience in Quality and Process control.
· At least 3 years experience in friction material or automotive industry
· Knowledge of quality management system (QS 9000 or ISO/TS 16949) and quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, and APQP) is an advantage;
· Experience in SAP (ERP) system is preferred;
· Basic knowledge of environment and safety management system.
· Knowledge of usage of personal computer.
· Good command of written and spoken English.
