职位描述
Responsibilities:
1) New machine introduction/Transfer
-take in charge of design the manufacturing equipment if required.
-Machine pre-acceptance before machine comes into Guangzhou Plant.
-equipment layout, installation, adjustment (including parameter design through DOE) to achieve the design requirement.
-Take in charge of files making SOS-standard operation sheet, SCS-standard combination sheet.
-Lead machine release to satisfy HSE, Process capability, Quality and OPE requirement.
2) Manufacturing system Design in responsible process
-Capacity analysis to satisfy production demand combine CT/OEE/Direct OPE.
-Layout arranges & WIP define to better support material flow.
-Support NPI team to do try run of new product, design the right parameter and make sure the product is run smoothing after batch production (operation availability).
-Design the error proofing tools to build quality into our process.
-SOS/SCS making.
-Rack and tooling(mould, jig) making.
3) Continuous Improvement
-Lead team to solve problem comes from Process.
-Work closely with maintenance to continue improves capability and stability of machine.
-Error proofing tools involve into current process.
-Material yield to saving cost.
-Improve OEE and productivity.
-Lead SMED project.
Requirements:
Compulsory:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, chemical or mechanical Engineering background preferred.
- At least 3 years experience in Manufacturing/Engineering roles.
-Successful of tracking experience in leading project of NPI or CI.
-Lean Expert or Black Belt certified (At Least GB certified). High practical knowledge in using six sigma tools specifically DFSS.
- Good communication skill and team work sprit.
-Good command of English both in oral and written.
Better to have:
-Manufacturing experience and background in automotive industry is an advantage.
