岗位职责：
1、负责售前商品的销售，解答顾客问题并促进销售，达成月度业绩目标
2、负责顾客售后问题，如退换货、退款，解决顾客问题
3、处理网店日常事务，包括网络留言回复、订单管理，到货跟踪、评价管理等工作
4、协助店长进行商品发布及更新等其它运营工作，有一定的PS、dreamweaver基础
5、定期维护客户关系，促进互动与销售

岗位要求：
1.具备淘宝等网店客服1年以上工作经验
2.中专以上学历，中文打字速度每分钟60个字以上，能熟练运用office等办公软件
3.工作认真踏实，做事积极主动，待人热情、礼貌，有良好的服务意识和沟通技巧，有很强的抗压能力
4.具备良好的集体意识和人际关系处理能力、认同公司文化，乐于和同事交流
5.有淘宝服饰客服经验者优先
6.了解电商ERP相关软件系统
