工作职责

一．负责公司前台工作
1.总机的接听、转接；
2.来访客户的接待；
3.快递、信件的收发；

二．负责公司行政工作
1.负责办公用品的采购、发放，办公器材的日常维护；
2.负责员工的入职、外出、请假登记，每月考勤系统的统计工作；
3.负责每月办公费用的支出登记、汇总工作；
4.负责员工劳动用工及社保等相关手续；
5.负责各类人事行政通知的撰写，存档管理；
6.负责办理公司营业执照、社保等相关证件的年审工作；
7.负责公司衣服样板的整理、建立文档，并定时更新公司网站样板资料；
8.负责办理日常银行结算业务；
9.负责上级交办的其他工作；


岗位要求：

1.中专以上学历，80后优先；
2.熟悉接待礼仪、品貌端庄、热情大方；
3.做事有条理、有责任心和上进心；
4.有良好的沟通表达能力、不计较、能与同事和谐相处；
5.熟悉使用Word、Excel、Photoshop等办公软件；
6.行政管理专业或有相关工作经验者优先；
