Title: Customer Service Supervisor

Mission:

Act as liaison between OSRAM customers and operations at OGZ.

Effectively manage communications with customers and internal related dept. and act as a customer advocate in ensuring correct prioritization of requirements.

Responsibilities:

1.Communicate&coordinate with Customers on Supply Chain issues,such as forecasts,backlogs and change requests.

2.Manage customers' Monthly Forecast and PO, and maintain the forecast accuracy.

3."CP" handling--handling of customer order enquiry/change

4.Liaison with "Logistic" & "PMC" for shipment / production arrangement;communicate with other technical departments to make sure on-time and on-quality delivery to the customer

5.Handling of return shipment/quality claim

6.Process improvement & optimization 7.Analyze statistical data and reporting to the management

Requirements:

1.College or above.

2.At least three year experience in supply chain (eg, planning, procurement), customer service related experience is preferred.

3.Familiar with SAP and manufacturing is an advantage.

4.Good command of oral and written English.

5.Proactive, a quicker learner and good self-starter with high level integrity and passion

6.Good interpersonal skills and works well with people across different disciplines
